What to include
For an extraction issue, include your browser and version, operating system, approximate ZIP size, whether it is password protected, and the exact visible error. Explain the action that triggered it and what you expected to happen.
What to leave out
Please do not send passwords, confidential ZIPs, personal documents, or private filenames. A small archive with invented sample data can help reproduce a problem without exposing your files. We do not need your original archive for an initial report.
Other reasons to get in touch
Accessibility problems, unclear instructions, broken links, and suggestions for the core unzip workflow are welcome. We do not offer password recovery or guarantee repair of damaged archives.
